Pizzamas Sticker Subscription
How often will I be charged for this subscription?
You'll be charged for your first sticker order with your initial Pizzamas order (that first sticker sheet will ship in October). The rest of your subscription orders will be charged on the first of each month, beginning in November 2023 and the last charge will process September 2024.
When will I receive my sticker sheet each month?
Stcikers ship from our warehouse in Missoula, MT by the end of the month in which the orders are processed. We estimate they'll arrive in about 2 weeks to destinations within the US, and 2-4 weeks to other countries.
How can I update the shipping address for my subscription?
You can log in to your account to update your shipping address here. Select "Manage My Subscription" and select your subscription to change the shipping address.
Please note that updating your account will not change the address for any orders that have already processed. Please contact us to update your shipping address and we can help update the shipping address for your order as long as it has not already shipped.
Can I cancel my subscription?
I can't log in to my account - it says there is no account with my email address. What should I do?
When you first placed your Pizzamas Pin subscription order, you should have received another email with an invitation to activate your Pizzamas account. If you still have that email, you can follow the link to set up a password and access your account.
If you no longer have that email (or never received it), you can create an account here using the same email address you used to place your subscription order. Once you set up a password, you'll be able to log in and update your account information (like your shipping address) or cancel your subscription.
How many stickers will I receive?
This is a 12-month subscription and you'll receive one sheet of 6 stickers per month (October 2023 - September 2024) for a total of 12 sheets, or 72 stickers, total.
I'm missing an order - what should I do?
If you are missing an order, please contact us to let us know!
It's helpful if you let us know which sticker sheets you did receive so we can determine if this was an error with processing a recent order or an order lost in transit.
Can I change which day I'm charged for this subscription?
Unfortunately, due to the way we need to manage inventory for this subscription, we must charge all subscriptions on the first of each month. Updating your upcoming charge date may affect which sticker sheet you receive and may cause you to receive duplicates or miss some.
Why was I charged shipping for my subscription order?
Shipping for the subscription is free. However, if you ordered the subscription with other items in the same order, you'll be charged shipping for those items at checkout.
