Pizzamas Pin Subscription

When will I be charged for each pin?

You'll be charged for your first pin with your initial Pizzamas order (that first pin will ship in January). The rest of your pins will be charged on the first of each month, from February to June.

When will I receive my pins each month?

Pins ship from our warehouse in Missoula, MT around the first week of each month. We estimate they'll arrive in about 2 weeks to destinations within the US, and 2-4 weeks to other countries.

How can I update the shipping address for my subscription?

You can log in to your account to update your shipping address here. Select "Manage My Subscription" and select your subscription to change the shipping address.

Please note that updating your account will not change the address for any orders that have already processed. Please contact us to update your shipping address and we can help update the shipping address for your order as long as it has not already shipped.

I accidentally ordered the subscription with/without the cork board - what should I do?

Please place another subscription order for the option you'd prefer (with or without the corkboard) and then reach out to us and we can cancel your initial (incorrect) order and subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can log in to your account here to cancel your subscription.

If you have any trouble, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be able to cancel your subscription and any processed (unshipped) orders.

I can't log in to my account - it says there is no account with my email address. What should I do?

When you first placed your Pizzamas Pin subscription order, you should have received another email with an invitation to activate your Pizzamas account. If you still have that email, you can follow the link to set up a password and access your account.

If you no longer have that email (or never received it), you can create an account here using the same email address you used to place your subscription order. Once you set up a password, you'll be able to log in and update your account information (like your shipping address) or cancel your subscription.

Can I skip a month?

Since each month is a different pin, skipping a month may cause a hiccup in our system and confuse which pin you're meant to receive based on your charge date.

If you need to temporarily skip or pause your subscription, please reach out to us and our customer service team can work with you to find a solution and make sure you receive the right pins.

How many pins will I receive?

This is a 6-month subscription and you'll receive one pin per month (January - June) for a total of 6 pins altogether.

I signed up for the Pizzamas Pin Subscription last year - do I need to sign up again?

Yes! This is a new subscription with brand new pins and your subscription from last year will not be automatically renewed.

If you had the subscription last year and already received the Pizza Corkboard, you can select the "No Corkboard" option when purchasing your subscription this year.

I'm missing a pin - what should I do?

If you are missing a pin (or think you might be missing one), please contact us to let us know! Please also include which pins you've already received and we can determine if/which pins are missing and reship any that may have been lost on their way to you.

Can I change which day I'm charged for this subscription?

Unfortunately, we're not able to change the charge date for these subscriptions, due to our inventory management system and shipping schedule.

Why was I charged shipping for my subscription order?

Shipping for the subscription is free. However, if you ordered other items in the same order with your subscription, you'll be charged shipping for those items at checkout.
